I mostly worked with their E-Content Editor on social networking sites (Facebook, Myspace, etc) and blog stuff, but they have a wide variety of internships available. It's a small office, so you get to know just about everyone, and there's bonding opportunities like bowling outings and lunches. They also do a program called "Island Press 101 Day" where every department does a presentation for interns about their function in the publishing process.
