Despite the fact that L’Occitane has a tab for Men on their website, I have to admit that I’ve never used their products. When it comes to fragrance, skin care, body & hands, bath & shower, hair care, etc. I’m more interested getting the job done than enjoying the experience. I know that there are plenty of men (and even more women) who have a very different philosophy when it comes to these types of products, so I imagine that an internship with L’Occitane would be a pretty cool thing for a lot of you.

Why try to tell a story that has already been told on L’Occitane’s website? Here’s an excerpt:

Internships en New York

My sister spent a summer taking college classes in provence, and she found the area to be incredible – definitely somewhere you’d want to intern. Unfortunately, L’Occitane, despite its being en provence, only appears to offer internships in New York City. They currently are looking for Fall interns in Marketing and Human Resources. These internships are unpaid, although school credit and generous product discounts are offered. You’ll also get the opportunity to interview for a full-time position if you do a good job as an intern. Here’s a look at some sample descriptions of internships at L’Occitane.

L’Occitane actually has a really nice Careers site, but they only post their jobs on HotJobs. We don’t understand that at all, but we do recommend that you look at the Careers site for more general information about working at L’Occitane.
