Columbus Day isn’t much of a holiday anymore–it’s become yet another regular work and school day for many. It makes sense considering Christopher Columbus wasn’t really the guy that my 1st grade teacher taught me that he was. Still, I’m amazed by the feats of guys like Columbus (which is why I’ve written about Garmin and Facet Technology on past Columbus Days). Finding a St. Patrick’s Day related internship for you was harder than finding a four leaf clover in a monsoon, but we did it. We’re not sure how you’re celebrating, considering St. Paddy’s Day falls during many Spring Breaks and Holy Week, but have a bowl of Lucky Charms for us – unless, of course, you gave them up for Lent. Many people think that mining is much like searching for a pot of gold, but Luck Stone is a company that considers the stuff you dig through to be the “pot of gold.”
